IMPORTANT UPDATE!
We have received the photo archive backups and are currently in the process of assessing what may have been lost and restoring material from other work drives. Based on what we already know about 97% of our photo library is fine. It appears that any loss was mainly some older non-critical event stuff that regrettably had not yet made it to our remote backups.
So to summarize based on what we currently know any photo loss has been minimal!
That said most off our photo library is still vulnerable as we are waiting for new enterprise quality, high-capacity drives to arrive later this week.
Further, until new backups can be performed we are prohibiting any access to our photo library.
Additionally, since our workload is presently extremely high we will not be accepting any additional orders even for videos which were unaffected.
Currently we are estimating store ordering will be re-enabled early next week after we have had time to perform the necessary file maintenance and critical backups.
We are very sorry for this unexpected down time!
